What happens during a typical TheraSea session?
The first step is an initial intake where we discuss goals, experience in the water, mental and physical history, etc. We then use a consultative approach to build out our sessions and commitment to each other! Our session limits are endless and can include but are not limited to water based activities ranging from jet ski or boat to snorkeling, surfing, or even efoiling! We follow up our activities with a talk therapy approach.
What is the cost of a TheraSea session?
Pricing options are available whether you are interested in 1:1 TheraSea or a group event.
We believe TheraSea should be accessible to everyone and we have a deep rooted belief in volunteerism. To that effort, we occasionally take on clients by scholarship and remain involved in philanthropic community efforts.
